Wedding planning help not required? Think again.

Whenever someone in my family announces they are engaged, I say two things.  “Congratulations! I vote for a destination wedding in Palm Springs!” and “If you need any help, call me.” No one ever calls. Why? The reason is something that trips up many couples planning weddings.

Engaged couples are convinced they don’t need anyone’s input. This wedding thing? They’ve got it down. They’re educated consumers, and no one’s going to pull a fast one on them.  0508Holly_AmirBut the thing is, and I hate to say it, but the wedding industry has made planning a wedding frustratingly complicated. Contracts can be long, and skilled salespeople up-sell things you don’t need.  Simplifying the process is one of the attractions many couples have to planning a destination wedding in Palm Springs. Our vendors know each other, and help create a seamless experience within your budget.

So yes, maybe you know what you want.  But take a moment and think about the people in your life who’ve offered help or advice.  Did you listen, or brush them off? Don’t go this one alone, folks.  The people you trust and listen to will help you get the celebration you want – and beyond.

Be well, and love well.
